This speaker has been designed differently from the ground up. The goal was to design a loudspeaker that would create the ultimate home cinema or music experience while being adaptable to a wide range of listening environments. Whatever your decor, room size or choice of flooring the PM 1 is able to be tailored to fit in without the additional expense that may be incurred using equalisers, DSP processors and the like.

Traditionally, speakers have been designed based on performance in an unnatural environment such as an anechoic chamber. Eventually some engineers decided to include "real world" listening tests in that process. While initially meeting with scepticism eventually this process has been adopted by most designers. Over the years there have been speakers for small rooms, speakers for large rooms, speakers for tiled rooms ... you get the picture!

The Polymorphic design philosophy involved identifying and classifying these main acoustic variables within many different but typical listening environments. This led us to several classes of loudspeaker design which worked very well in these different conditions.
